SID foundation was Inaugurated & commissioned by Archbishop Margaret Benson Idahosa on the 23rd of August 2014. The foundation was further registered on the 28th of  August 2014 with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria – CAC/IT/NO.71860
